Our restaurant is open the last two weeks of July and the first two weeks of August 2023. During other times, we offer Bed and Breakfast.

In the restaurant at Ammarnäs Wärdshus, we have a passion for the local produce and for the environment. When you step into our restaurant, we want you to feel like you’re invited to a friend’s dinner, a warm living room with space for food and love.

In our cozy restaurant, you have a view of the mountains and can enjoy carefully prepared dishes and carefully selected drinks. Local and Swedish ingredients are always the focus when our menus are composed. We follow the seasons and create menus accordingly.

The opening hours of the restaurant vary depending on the season. During high season, which is mid-July to mid-August, we are open in the restaurant from Tuesdays to Saturdays. Please check with us directly what applies during your visit.

As part of our commitment to sustainability and minimizing food waste, we work with a concept of a fixed evening menu, which often consists of popular stews of different kinds. There are selected wines, beers, and of course, non-alcoholic beverages to choose from.

At the Wärdshus, we also serve our breakfast with homemade jam, delicious bread, and Swedish toppings. This is served every morning.
