At Helags you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sit down in the Pilgrimssalen with a magnificent view over the Helags massif and enjoy home-cooked food – food never tastes as good as after a day out in the mountains!

Breakfast

Our breakfast buffet includes porridge with various seeds, nuts, and dried fruits, a selection of jams, butter, bread, and spreads. Breakfast is served between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM.

Lunch and fika

Lunch consists of waffles, soup or a light meal. The fika (coffee and sweet treats) is served all day. Lunch is served 11:00–16:00.

Dinner

Each evening at 6 pm, you can enjoy the Helags dinner buffet, beginning with a shared presentation. The buffet is filled with local delicacies like reindeer and Arctic char, and concludes with a small sweet treat, along with coffee and tea.

On Saturdays during the 2025 winter season, a three-course menu inspired by Härjedalen and crafted with local ingredients will be served.
