Vrångö Hamnväg 24

Vrångö in Gothenburg's southern archipelago is easily reached by public transport, so own transport is not required. You can get to the Saltholmen ferry stop on the mainland by tram or bus and then take an archipelago boat on to Vrångö. Plan your journey using the ToGo app from Västtrafik. The archipelago boats run daily all year round. The journey takes between 20 and 40 minutes. The public transport ticket is also valid for the archipelago boat. From central Gothenburg, you can reach Vrångö in about 1 hour by public transport. From the mooring spot of the archipelago boats on Vrångö, the walk to Kajkanten takes around 10 minutes.
If you come by car, you need to park before taking the archipelago boat, as Vrångö is a car-free island! Long-term parking is available at Långedrag and Hinsholmen. We recommend unloading your baggage and passengers at the ferry terminal at Saltholmen first and then return to the car park and walking back (approx. 15 min), or take tram number 11 for the last stretch.
Parking Gothenburg offers EV charging points at most visitor parking spots in town. EV charging points are most easily located via the Parkering Göteborg app. The app shows parking spots with EV charging with a green outlet icon on the pin in the map.
