The restaurant at STF Saltoluokta Mountain Station offers an unparalleled view of the landscape and mountains on one side and a crackling fire on the other. On the plate in front of you, there will often be dishes made from local produce. As far as it is possible, we buy our main ingredients from local suppliers. As a rule we serve a high-quality three-course menu.
The restaurant serves three meals a day: a breakfast buffet, a lunch buffet and a three-course dinner. It is also possible to purchase a packed lunch that you prepare yourself at breakfast.
For dinner, you can choose a drink from our hand-picked wine list, featuring wines from various parts of the world. You can also try our well-regarded wine menu, which consists of three glasses of wine chosen especially to accompany the food we serve. We also have excellent alcohol-free options.
You can feel the pulse of history in the restaurant. You sit on the same chairs and eat at the same tables as all the restaurant’s guests have done throughout the decades; the furniture is made from material left over from the construction of the building in 1918.
We recommend that you book all meals in advance. We have a maximum capacity of 95 dinner guests.

Dinner is in one seating with table placing and the guests are let into the dining room at 17:50. Book in advance no later than 15:00 the same day. There are a limited number of seats.
