Sylarna Mountain Station offers a welcoming restaurant with panoramic views of the Syl massif. Enjoy organic, locally produced food in the Spiseriet Restaurant, from a generous breakfast buffet to packed lunches and dinner after a day outdoors.

Breakfast

Get ready for a day on the mountain with our varied and organic breakfast buffet. We serve freshly baked bread, waffles, porridge, sour milk, home-made granola, eggs, sandwich toppings, home-made jam, juice and coffee/tea, among other things. We have vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free options. Breakfast is not included in the price of the room, you have to add it when you book your visit.

Lunch

We offer home-made boxed meals that you can heat yourself. Bread, salad and coffee are included. Vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free options are available.

During breakfast it is possible to make up your own packed lunch for the day’s excursion. The packed lunch includes sandwiches from the breakfast buffet that you make yourself, raisins, home-made brownies and powder for hot beverages (coffee, stock, chocolate, blueberry soup).

Dinner

After a day full of adventure in the mountains, you are invited to enjoy our organic two-course dinner. The dinner starts with a platter of local cheeses and cold meats. There are of course vegetarian and vegan options. The main course consists of the stew of the day and there is always one vegetarian and one meat option to choose from. The stew is served with side dishes, as well as freshly baked bread and organic salads. After dinner coffee/tea is included and if you have a sweet tooth there is a selection of desserts on the menu.

Dinner is served from 18:00, and during peak season there is also a seating at 20:00. You will be assigned a dinner time when you check in.

Meals are added as an option when you book accomodation. If you would like to add meals to an existing booking, please contact our booking service.

Shop

Our shop has ingredients so that you can cook several meals at the station, buy provisions for your camping trip or stock up on personal hygiene products for your excursion.

Alcohol

We are fully licensed and offer a range of organic beer and wine, as well as cocktails inspired by the mountains. Alcohol you have brought with you may not be consumed in the restaurant or lounge.

Guest kitchen

The annexe Kläppen is home to our self-catering kitchen where you can cook and enjoy your meals.
