More about STF Visby Hotel
Visby is one of the best preserved mediaeval towns in Scandinavia and it is not difficult to understand why the town has been entered onto the UNESCO World Heritage List. The city wall, Almedalen, church ruins, the Botanical Gardens: the town is full of interesting sights.
Visby is known as the town of roses and ruins. Go for a wander through the lanes, sit down on a bench and simply enjoy the view across the rooftops to the sea. Window-shop in some of the charming shops selling Gotland craftwork and food specialities.
Three bathing beaches lie within cycling distance of the town centre. You can find shopping, beach restaurants offering after-beach food and drink, and viewpoints.
The STF facility has self-catering apartments and lies in family-friendly surroundings, just under a kilometre outside the city wall. We have an outdoor swimming pool and barbecue sites, with children’s playgrounds and fine rambling trails close by.
Age limit of 23 years for all guests except children traveling with their family.
