When you book through our website, you will always be given flexible booking conditions.
Flexible booking terms in detail
Booking of accommodation can be canceled with a full refund up to 7 days before arrival, alternatively until 18:00 on the day before arrival. Special conditions apply to activities.
Current conditions for your selected accommodation or activity can be found under “Terms and conditions” when you get to the shopping cart in the booking flow.
For bookings that are already made, the conditions can be found in your confirmation e-mail. You can cancel your booking by logging in to ”My booking” and entering your login details provided in the confirmation e-mail.
Please note that the above conditions apply to individual bookings (not group bookings) made on svenskaturistforeningen.se or STF’ booking service by email or telephone.
