Rogen – Kärringsjön – Skedbro

This route is another option for getting to STF Skedbro, and if you want to finish your walk at Lake Kärringsjön or perhaps continue until Tännäs.

The trail from STF Rogen to Kärringsjön goes through sparse coniferous forest near the well-known lake system that is popular for canoeing and fishing. You can hire a canoe and rent accommodation at Kärringsjön – it is best to book ahead if you are intending to stay over. There is a road to Tännäs from here, but you can also follow a walking trail. The path from Kärringsjön towards the Skedbro mountain cabin continues in sparse coniferous forest.
