STOCKHOLM IN MY HEART

Stockholm has swimming, shopping and royal castles to offer. Take the bus out to Drottningholm on Ekerö, admire the Baroque garden at Ulriksdal Palace, or pack a picnic and make yourself comfortable in the Humlegården park. There are plenty of interesting shops in Södermalm and in the shopping malls in the city. If you hire a bicycle, you can get around between the ridges (‘malmar’). Should you feel in the mood for a swim, there are excellent swimming spots in the middle of the city, such as at Långholmen and off the rock slabs at Fredhäll. STF has hostels and hotels all over the city.

"Paddle a kayak in Stockholm city centre! Choose somewhere in the city centre to hire from, where you are surrounded by all of Stockholm’s attractions from your first day paddling."
