Abisko – Dinner and northern lights hike

Enjoy an evening inspired by autumn and the northern lights. After a three-course dinner, your guide will lead you on a hike through the national park to learn about the northern lights and hopefully witness this incredible phenomenon.

The evening begins at our charming restaurant, Kungsleden, where you will enjoy a delicious three-course dinner prepared with carefully selected, locally produced, and organic ingredients. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to create a culinary journey, and the flavours can be enhanced by choosing one of our optional carefully paired beverages.

After dinner, the evening’s highlight awaits: the search for the Northern Lights. Anticipation rises as we leave the tables and prepare for an exciting walk through the beautiful national park. Under the starry sky, our experienced guide leads us to the best spots for aurora sightings. Along the way, you’ll learn about this fascinating phenomenon and hopefully witness its beauty.

We end the evening by gathering around a warming fire, where we reflect on the experience and enjoy the magical atmosphere under the night sky.

• 6 hours. Meeting point: In restaurant Kungsleden at STF Abisko turiststation at 5 p.m. Dinne 5-7 p.m.Thereafter northern lights hike at 7 p.m until 11 p.m.
• Min 1 / max 16
• Age limit: 12 years accompanied by a guardian
• Please note: beverage is not included in the dinner but can be bought separately
• Bring: Clothes suitable for being outside in the current weather and temperatures
