Practical information
There is no electricity or running water at the facility. Stoves and refrigerators are powered by gas.
Keys
You will receive the cabin key and any pre-booked linen set onboard the taxi boat during your trip out. If you travel to the cabins with your own boat, you can pick up the key and linen set at the reception at Stenö Havsbad & Camping. What to bring:
- Drinking water. Freshwater for cooking, dishwashing, and cleaning is available from a hand pump.
- Food and drinks. There is no store on the island. A refrigerator with a small freezer compartment and a gas stove are provided.
- Bedding. Pillows, duvets, and blankets are included. Linen sets can be rented as an add-on when booking.
- Towels.
- Dishcloth/sponge, dish soap, and dish towel.
Optional items to bring:
- Flashlight
- Matches
- Saltwater soap
- First aid kit
- Candles
Additional information:
- Check-in time for rental cabins on Storjungfrun is 15:00.
- Mobile coverage is limited near the cabins (on the eastern side of the island).
- Smoking is not permitted in the cabins or other buildings.
- Pets are only allowed in Cabin 3.
- The guest harbor can accommodate up to 15 boats.

Getting there
If you don’t have your own boat, a taxi boat operates to Storjungfrun on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays:
- Departure from Stenö Gästhamn: 14:00. Arrival at Storjungfrun: approx. 14:45.
- Return from Storjungfrun: 15:15. Arrival at Stenö Gästhamn: approx. 16:00.

- Price: 300 SEK round trip. Half price for children aged 0–12.

Parking
Free parking is available at Stenö Havsbad and Camping.
