A mountain cabin with a shop.

STF Mountain shops

STF makes it possible to stock up along your mountain trek. In selected mountain cabins, you’ll find shops offering essential and popular products – carefully chosen to suit the mountain environment and support sustainable outdoor life.

The range is adapted to the conditions of the mountains, prioritising sustainability with a focus on products that are long-lasting, reduce the need for transport, and simplify waste management in the mountains.

Shop selection

Our shop assortment is based on two levels: Small and Large. Small means the mountain cabin offers a limited selection of items, but enough to prepare a complete meal. Large means the cabin has a wider selection and offers you a broad range of products.

Mountain cabins with a large selection

Please note that some items may run out in the shops for various reasons.

All the products in the range are stocked based on demand, taking into account packaging, storage and delivery issues, and the environment. We have discontinued glass packaging completely and strive to reduce small plastic packaging and packaging that contains aluminium. Our supply today means that a very large part of the waste that is produced can be taken care of on site in a good way.

You can read more about our “workflow schedule” at the mountain shops – it provides a simple explanation with text and images of how our products are delivered all the way from the supplier to the shop shelf, and how we deal with the sorting of waste at our mountain cabins. Our prices, our range of products and the selection we offer are adapted accordingly.
