Flexible booking conditions
Whether it’s your own plans or the world around you that changes, you always have flexible booking conditions when booking on our website.
Accommodation bookings
Accommodation bookings can be cancelled with a full refund up to 7 days before arrival, or until 6:00 PM the day before arrival. The entire booking, including any add-ons such as meals, bed linen and final cleaning, is covered by the same terms. The specific conditions for your booking are shown under “Terms & conditions” in the checkout.
Booking conditions – mountain stations
For the following mountain stations, you can cancel with a full refund up to 7 days before arrival: Abisko, Kebnekaise, Saltoluokta, Grövelsjön, Storulvån, Sylarna, Blåhammaren, Grövelsjön and Ritsem.
Booking conditions – mountain cabins
For STF’s mountain cabins, you can cancel with a full refund up to 6:00 PM the day before arrival.
Booking conditions – packages and activities
Special cancellation terms apply to packages and activities. In most cases, you can cancel free of charge 7, 14 or 30 days before arrival. The applicable terms are shown under “Terms and Conditions” in the checkout, just like for accommodation.
Confirmed bookings
For bookings that are already made, the conditions can be found in your confirmation e-mail. You can cancel your booking by logging in to ”My booking” and entering your login details provided in the confirmation e-mail.
Changes
You can change your booking before the booking conditions come into force. Please contact our Booking Department via +46 10 190 23 60 (Monday-Friday) or e-mail bokningen@stfturist.se. Changing the number of people and/or arrival or departure dates is considered a cancellation. In these cases, we need to make a completely new booking, which is done at the current price. Any price difference may be added. Please note that your change is not final until you have received a written confirmation from us.
Changes to bookings cost SEK 300 per booking (except when you add extras to your booking). Kindly have your confirmation code and credit/debit card handy when you contact us. Provided that your cancellation policy allows it, you can also change your booking yourself by canceling via ”My booking” and make a new booking, then no fee will be added.
