In a cozy, inviting atmosphere, the restaurant serves seafood, locally harvested vegetables, and high-quality meats. The passionate chefs at Dahlbogården offer creative twists on classics like Havets Wallenbergare (seafood patties) and seared hake, as well as juicy beef brisket burgers. 

The menu changes weekly, following the seasons. By special request, the restaurant also offers hand-picked oysters from Havstenssund, best enjoyed with sparkling wine or a carefully selected glass of wine. Dahlbogården is fully licensed. 

Dahlbogården is part of the Taste of West Sweden network, which brings together restaurants and cafés that collaborate with local producers to offer high-quality, seasonal West Swedish cuisine. 

The restaurant is open most of the year, but hours may vary. Some days feature lunch service, while others offer dinner. Please check availability before your visit. If the restaurant happens to be closed during your stay, a light meal can often be arranged if you notify Dahlbogården in advance. 

Breakfast is always included, and guests can choose a time that suits them.
