The accommodation’s home page: STF Munkviken

Munkviken features a beautifully located dining hall overlooking the sea. Breakfast is served here, either as a buffet or self-service from the dining hall refrigerator.

During July, Munkviken’s summer café opens – a small oasis by the sea where homemade pastries, ice cream and light lunches are served alongside cliffs, beach and sea views. The café is open Tuesday to Saturday.

For guests who wish to cook their own meals, Kabyssen, Munkviken’s guest kitchen, is available. The nearest grocery store is located in Lövånger, approximately 8 km away, or in Ånäset, around 21 km from Munkviken.

All year round, Munkviken Kitchen and Dining Hall welcomes pre-booked groups of at least 20 people when operations allow. Menus are adapted to the group’s wishes and served in a peaceful setting with the sea as the closest neighbour. Traditional Swedish dishes and locally sourced ingredients are often in focus here.

Munkviken is fully licensed and also offers a fine selection of non-alcoholic alternatives. During children’s camps, no alcoholic beverages are served on the premises.

Throughout the year, popular dining experiences are also arranged, such as seafood evenings, barbecue nights with locally produced ingredients, Easter buffets and Christmas buffets.
