Do you want to get married with a view of steep mountains and a beautiful valley, eat amazing food with a local touch and enjoy the peace and a magical atmosphere?
Here you can get married summer or winter, spring and autumn for each season has its special charm. Wedding can take place both in Saltoluokta’s beautiful sami church or as a civil ceremony with a wedding basically anywhere; perhaps up on the bare mountain, down by Lake Langas or why not on the spectacular Naturum Laponia which is located a bit west in the valley.

Delicious food from local ingredients
The wedding dinner is served as a two-course buffet in our restaurant, which is the pride and heart of the mountain station. Here you and your wedding guests enjoy delicious food prepared from local ingredients. A dinner with the wonderful view of the valley and the sound of a warm crackling fire in the background will be a memorable experience.

Welcome to book your group at Saltoluokta Mountain Station! Whether you are a group of friends who simply want to enjoy what the mountains have to offer or a company that wants to invite its employees to a conference in a roadless country, you are most welcome to contact us!
In an environment far away from stress and demands, you and your colleagues will find your own mountain oasis that provides opportunities for innovation and creativity.
Saltoluokta mountain station is the pearl of the Laponia mountains. The station is located on the shores of Langas, and at a distance of one kilometer you will meet mountain birch, pine forest, bare mountain and a cooling mountain lake. Saltoluokta is located in Sirge’s Sami village where the Sami culture has lived for hundreds of years.
The timbered station main building was built in 1918 and the original interior remains largely intact. Our guests come here for the peace, quiet and dramatic nature.

- In the conference room Sarek there’is room for 20-30 people, depending on seating.
- The alternative dining room in our 100-year-old main building can also be used as a conference room for about 30 people.
Conference bookings include projector, pens, pads / whiteboard, fruit and water. Conference coffee can be added to your booking.
With us in Saltoluokta there are rooms of all types. Do you all want to live several pieces together, or a little more comfortable? The station’s many buildings offer everything from bright, fresh double rooms with their own shower and toilet, to 6-bed rooms with self-catering. Read more under the tab Accommodation above.
Many guests return to Saltoluokta to experience the food in our KRAV-labeled restaurant. Those who have been here before talk warmly about our fine dinners where the exclusive ingredients from the mountain world are at the center.
We serve only Swedish meat in our restaurant and only game meat at dinners. In order for our conference guests to also have a shared dining experience, we are happy to set long tables for your company. Full rights are in our restaurant.
