At Skutskepparn’s Restaurant, Rhode and Örjan serve locally sourced food whenever possible. As food producers, they are passionate about local ingredients and everything that feels genuine and authentic.

The area has a rustic and authentic culinary heritage, and in the kitchen they create exciting combinations of traditional dishes with more modern cuisine.

Skutskepparn’s Restaurant aims to offer something for everyone – no matter what time of day you visit. Coffee and pastries, sandwiches, ice cream, starters, main courses and desserts are all available, and there are always options for guests with dietary preferences or allergies.

At Högbonden, there is no restaurant, but guests have the option to purchase a breakfast bag and a locally produced herring platter with boiled potatoes as add-ons. The herring platter is self-served on site at the hostel.
