Whether you’re planning a camp, group gathering, family event, small conference, or need privacy for any other reason, you can rent the entire STF Undersvik Farm Hotel & Hostel. With a total of 133 beds and several conference rooms, the possibilities are endless.

Rent an entire house

The “Rent an entire house” concept is ideal for both small and large groups seeking a cozy, home-like atmosphere. Murraygården is perfect for this. You’ll have exclusive access to the whole house, including bedrooms, shared spaces, sauna, and showers. It offers a total of 22 beds across six rooms. Cook together in the guest kitchen, or choose full meal service, activities, and other customized solutions to suit your needs and preferences.

Conference

Our venue options include several conference and meeting rooms:

• Ljusnan: The largest room accommodates approximately 100 people in theater setup, 80 in classroom setup, and 30 with U-shaped or island tables. Equipped with a projector, screen, and sound system.
• Svedåsen and Fluren: Two smaller conference rooms, each seating up to 10 people, equipped with LED screens and video conferencing tools.
• Lillgården: Features two smaller conference rooms for 4 and 8 people, respectively. Both rooms have TV screens with computer inputs. Lillgården also includes a lounge area in a shared meeting space.
• Lövvik: Located in the main building, this room is perfect for creative meetings. Accommodates up to 25 people in classroom setup or 30 in theater setup, equipped with an LED screen and video conferencing tools.
• Murraygården: Features two long tables seating eight people each and a large-screen TV, making it ideal for smaller conferences or board meetings.

All our venues include whiteboards, flip charts, notebooks, pens, fruit, and water.

Orsjön is ideal for mingling with up to 30 people or as a conference venue for up to 40. Includes a projector and screen for presentations.

Weddings

Your wedding day is one of life’s most significant events, a special occasion to celebrate with family and friends. Why not make it unforgettable by hosting it in the stunning setting of Undersvik, complete with a pier by the Ljusnan River? Choose a traditional church wedding at the beautiful Undersvik Church or a ceremony in the estate’s chapel.

The estate offers everything from relaxing moments and delicious meals to proximity to outdoor activities for you and your guests. Activities

STF Undersvik Gårdshotell & Vandrarhem is an ideal place for groups looking for close-to-nature experiences combined with community. The Ljusnan River flows calmly past below the farm and invites you to canoe, swim and fish or spend quiet moments by the shore. For the adventurous, forests, paths and winding gravel roads await you around the corner, perfect for hikes with views of the river and valley. There is plenty of space here for both play and reflection – regardless of whether you are a school class, association, training group or a group of friends.

On the farm itself, there are activities that arouse both curiosity and a competitive spirit. Gather the group for a multi-sport event where you challenge each other in different disciplines, row a church boat together along the Ljusnan River or try your luck at fishing – maybe tonight’s dinner will be prepared from today’s catch. You can cook outdoors and make your own sausage over the fire, or immerse yourself in crafts and tradition during a canning course with lectures and practical sessions. Those looking for a quieter experience can join a guided forest walk focusing on the world of plants and the wonders of nature.
