The restaurant’s spectacular seaside location is hard to beat. Flavours reflect the surroundings – salty sea breezes, sun-warmed cliffs, and ingredients from the sea and local producers. All served with views of the horizon.

From sea and soil to table – at Väderöarnas Värdshus, ingredients are at the heart of it all. The sea, with fresh, local and low-impact ingredients, is a natural source for the kitchen, along with carefully selected cuts and produce from the mainland. With no fixed menu, the kitchen lets ingredients and the season decide what’s served each day. 

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily, often with a few options to choose from. During some periods, a more extensive tasting menu inspired by Bohuslän’s flavours is offered. The restaurant is fully licensed. Children are warmly welcome, and the kitchen is happy to create something for younger guests.
