Which European long-distance trails pass through Sweden?

Two European long-distance trails pass through Sweden: E1 and E6. E1 continues via Denmark, through Germany and Switzerland to Italy. From Sweden, E6 continues through Denmark, Germany and Austria and into the Balkans before ending in Greece. This means you can hike, for example, from Norrtälje to the Mediterranean.
