ÁILU doesn’t have a traditional restaurant. Instead, home-cooked meals are offered on request – personal food made with love for the place. Several warm dishes inspired by Sami food traditions, using ingredients like moose or reindeer and Nordic sides, are available on request. Simple, nourishing meals with the distinct taste of the region.
Ingredients are chosen with care, focusing on local origin and sustainability. Much of the food comes from local producers or is gathered from the surrounding nature. The result is genuine meals with a strong connection to the place.
