There is no traditional restaurant at ÁILU. Instead, homemade meals are prepared on request. The food is personal, heartfelt, and inspired by the surrounding landscape. A selection of hot dishes is available on request, drawing on Sámi culinary traditions and featuring ingredients such as moose or reindeer, served with Nordic accompaniments. Simple, nourishing meals with the distinctive flavours of the region.
