Food & drinks
Undersviks Matsal serves food with rich flavours and Swedish ingredients. The menu follows the seasons and is adapted to what is available at the moment.
Swedish meat, fish and seafood from sustainable stocks are used here. The idea is to serve slightly less meat and fish on the plate, but of higher quality, and instead more carefully grown vegetables.

Breakfast
When you stay with us, a delicious breakfast buffet is included, featuring everything from freshly baked bread and tasty toppings to yoghurt, fruit, vegetables, eggs and a variety of drinks. We use local and organic ingredients whenever possible – for both flavour and sustainability. Naturally, options are available for guests with allergies or special dietary requirements.
Lunch
We offer a lunch buffet Monday to Friday from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. The buffet includes two hot dishes, one of which is vegetarian, a salad bar with freshly baked bread, coffee, and still and sparkling water.

Dinner
3 Aug–15 Aug: Our evening dinner buffet is served from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
From 16 Aug: Dinner is served on Fridays and Saturdays from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The kitchen closes at 8:00 PM.
During school holidays and public holiday periods, we serve a simplified all-day menu.

Dogs are welcome on the outdoor terrace and in a designated area of the dining room.
Beverages
Our carefully selected beverage menu features only Swedish beer and products from local breweries and distilleries, while our wines are imported and chosen with great care.
Larger groups
Are you a larger group looking for a private dining experience? We recommend booking the Karsjö room, ideal for private gatherings such as birthday celebrations, family dinners, and larger events. The room accommodates between 12 and 24 guests.

Farm shop
Don’t miss our farm shop, where you can buy local products, our popular crispbread, granola, local drinks, and ice cream from 3 vänner and Yummy Gelato.
You’ll also find a small selection of food that you can prepare yourself in our guest kitchens. You can also contact us no later than 14:00 the same day if you would like to order a dinner tray from the day’s lunch, ready upon your arrival.
