The accommodation’s home page: STF Undersvik Hotel & Hostel

The kitchen at Undersvik Dining Room works with as many Swedish and local ingredients as possible, preferably organic. We use only Swedish meat and seafood from sustainable stocks. Our fundamental philosophy is to use less but better quality meat and fish on the plate, along with more and better-grown vegetables.

Lunch
A lunch buffet is served Monday to Friday from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM and Saturday to Sunday from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. It includes two main courses, one of which is vegetarian, a salad bar with homemade bread, coffee, and sparkling water.

Dinner is served for hotel guests on Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with the kitchen closing at 8:00 PM. The menu is updated based on the availability of local ingredients from the surrounding area. To ensure you receive the best service and dining experience, we ask that you book your table in advance. You can do this when booking your accommodation or by contacting the reception.

Larger groups
Are you a larger party wishing to dine privately in the evening? We recommend booking the Karsjö room. This is perfect for private gatherings, such as birthday celebrations, family dinners, and larger parties. It can accommodate 12 to 24 people.

Drinks
Our drink selection is carefully chosen, featuring only Swedish beer and products from local beer and spirits producers, while the wines are imported but selected with great care.
