In the spacious dining rooms with high ceilings, Orrefors crystal chandeliers, and large windows overlooking the park, you’ll find a stunningly beautiful setting where both gatherings and meals take center stage. Crackling fireplaces and tiled stoves spread a comfortable warmth, enhancing the feeling of coming home to good friends. 

Food is an essential part of the experience at Villa Gransholm, served in a modern Småland style with seasonally inspired menus.  The chefs create flavorful dishes using local ingredients of the highest quality, often sourced from nearby farms. Fresh vegetables are used here – some from the own kitchen garden – as well as freshly caught fish and meat from grazing animals in the Småland pastures. Only Swedish meat is served, reinforcing the restaurant’s commitment to a sustainable, long-term philosophy. 

It’s easy and enjoyable to gather here with good friends, celebrate a holiday with family, a partner, or friends. Villa Gransholm offers three dining rooms of varying sizes, and smaller groups have the option to reserve a private room. 

The restaurant is fully licensed and open most days. As an overnight guest, you can always enjoy dinner.
