At Wallby, food is served with love and tradition, prepared with ingredients from the heart of Småland. Locally produced food takes centre stage.

Platters of Småland game, apples from the garden, chanterelles from the forest and eggs from the neighbour. The philosophy is to make the most of the finest the Garden of Småland has to offer in the moment. This means the menu varies and follows the seasons. 

Traditions have their natural place and are celebrated with Christmas buffets, goose dinners and other festivities. The wine list is chosen with care, curiosity and love. The cosy dining room invites relaxation and togetherness. 

Wallby Säteri is proud to have received an award from the Småland and Öland Gastronomic Academy for its work with local ingredients and flavours. 

As a guest, you can always enjoy a hearty breakfast buffet, and on certain days lunch and dinner are also served. Ask what applies on the days you plan to visit. If you booked dinner together with your room, it is served from 17:00 onwards. Let us know your preferred time when you check in. 

It is often possible to order a lovely fika basket or a packed lunch for your hike, or to bring down to the sauna.
