About the accommodation

Experience northern Gotland in a pleasant hostel for small families and large groups. Sleep deeply in pleasant rooms or breathe in the peace of your own house with an orchard and barbecue site. The facility is just south of Fårösund, conveniently close to the ferry to Fårö.

Bunge hostel opened in summer 2003 and offers comfortable accommodation for small families or large groups. The hostel is just south of Fårösund, 1.5 km from the car ferry to the island of Fårö. We have 109 beds in single, 2-bed, twin and 4-bed rooms.

The hostel has a conference room and a large dining hall. Our breakfast buffet is served in the dining hall every morning during high season. The dining hall is also ideal for parties for a maximum of 150 guests or can seat 100 people for a sit-down dinner. The kitchen is a large, fully equipped restaurant kitchen and is fully licensed.

We also have a sauna and laundry room. Each of the six houses has a lounge with a TV. There is also a self-catering kitchen for the use of guests.

The hostel is open all year round. In high season, 27May-29 August, reception is open 5-7 pm.

Travel information
By bus
Bus runs from Visby to Bunge, get off at the stop at the Bunge Museum, from there it is a short walk to the hostel.

By car
Drive road 148 north from Visby towards Fårösund. Drive pass Bunge church and the Bunge museum. Take the first exit on the right after the museum and continue for 300 metres. The hostel is then on your right.
