STF Sigtuna Hostel

Sigtuna Hostel and Folk High School stands on a hill with a view across Lake Mälaren, just outside the mediaeval town centre. Discover the lanes and cafés of Sigtuna, swim in Lake Mälaren, explore forest paths and beaches, or take a trip to Stockholm or Uppsala.
 
Accommodation
The rooms here are comfortable single, double and three-bedded rooms, with sheet and towel hire included in the prices. Visitors have access to our fully equipped hostel kitchen. WiFi extends through all buildings, and all living quarters have TV. We also have several child beds suitable for children under 3 years old.
 
To see and do
There is a relaxed feeling here, and you can choose between being in the company of others and being alone. The Ansgar building is a place for serenity and quiet reflection.
 
The forests around the school and the strands of lake Mälaren provide walking paths, and the nearest place for swimming is only 500 metres away. Sigtuna Folk High School is 15 minutes’ walk from the centre of Sigtuna, and buses run out to us from the centre. Buses from SL, the public transport company in Stockholm, and UL, the public transport company in Uppland, stop at the school.
 
Guests at our hostel have access to the facilities of the Folk High School. The Spejaren restaurant is a natural meeting place at the school. It has a stage where many types of artist perform.
