If you arrive after reception hours, please contact us if possible. Information about your sleeping arrangements will be placed on the reception desk.

We have a full liquor license and offer a selection of organic beer, wine, and mountain-inspired drinks. Outside alcohol is not permitted in the restaurant or lounge.

It is possible to camp near Sylarna Mountain Station. Tents must be set up at least 100 meters from the nearest building, and tent spots cannot be reserved in advance.
Campers have access to facilities including toilets, showers, a sauna, a newly renovated self-catering kitchen with full equipment, modern drying rooms, mobile charging, and Wi-Fi.
A service fee is required to use these facilities. Breakfast, lunch packages, and meal boxes can be purchased on-site without pre-booking. However, dinner should be booked in advance, no earlier than 7 days before arrival, by emailing bokningen@stfturist.se or sylarna@stfturist.se. Please include your name, date, and number of guests.

Yes, we have a women’s sauna and a men’s/mixed sauna in the main building.
How does the self-catering kitchen work?
How does the self-catering kitchen work?
The self-catering kitchen is a newly renovated facility with three cooking stations in the Kläppen annex. It is equipped with everything needed to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including pots, pans, tableware, an oven, microwaves, and stovetops.

Sylarnas restaurant, Spiseriet, serves dinner every day, with a vegetarian option always available. We appreciate advance bookings, but it is usually possible to book on-site as well. See more information under Food & Drinks.

You need to cover the bed for your own hygiene and safety. We recommend bringing your own fitted sheet and pillowcase in addition to a sleeping bag, travel sheet, or duvet cover. We offer bed linen and towel rentals, and sleeping bag liners are available for purchase in our shop if you prefer not to bring your own. Bed linens and towels can also be rented separately.

Yes. STF Sylarna is cash-free. You can prepay your stay, but on-site, only card payments are accepted.

You can rent a backpack and thermos from us. Other equipment is available for rent at Storulvån Mountain Station.
