Throughout history, skis have been an essential mode of transport in snow-covered landscapes. Today, there are countless exciting disciplines, catering to both training and relaxation. You set your own pace for adventure.
In alpine downhill skiing, slalom and snowboarding lead the way. You can try freestyle, take on thrilling ski jumps, or go off-piste. With cross-country skis, you glide along groomed tracks, and on touring skis, you can explore untouched winter landscapes. But skiing doesn’t have to be complicated. Kids can try skiing as soon as they’re big enough to stand on skis.
After a day out in nature, it’s perfect to return to STF’s accommodations. Most of our mountain stations also offer equipment rentals.
